The NCZ Portal gives you access to a library of webinars organised by your NCZ Customer Success Team. Webinars cover topics across carbon measurement, the certification programme, data collection best practice, and sustainability strategy. This page explains how to find sessions that are relevant to you, how to register, and what happens after you book.

Browsing available webinars

Navigate to Webinars in the portal sidebar to see the full list of active webinars. The list shows:
  • Title — the name of the webinar
  • Company — the client or organisation the webinar is associated with
  • Slots — the scheduled date and time of each available session
  • Bookings — how many places have been taken out of the total capacity
  • Status — whether the webinar is active or inactive
Use the search bar at the top of the list to filter webinars by title or company name.
If you cannot see a webinar you expect to find, check with your NCZ Customer Success Team — webinars may be associated with your specific company account.

Viewing webinar details

Click the chart icon (View Dashboard) next to any webinar to open its detail view. Here you can see:
  • The webinar title and description
  • All available date and time slots, including how many places remain in each slot
  • The meeting link for each slot (where provided by the organiser)
  • A full list of bookings showing registered attendees, their contact email, and booking status

Booking a place

NCZ webinars use a token-protected public booking form, separate from the main portal login. To book a place:
1

Receive or copy the booking link

Your NCZ contact will share a booking link with you. The link takes the form /webinar-booking?token=<token> and is unique to the webinar.
2

Open the booking form

Visit the booking link. The public form displays the webinar title, description, organising company, and all available date and time slots with their remaining capacity.
3

Select a slot and submit your details

Choose your preferred slot, enter your business name and contact email address, then submit the form.
4

Receive your confirmation email

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the webinar details. Where the organiser has added a meeting link, a Join Webinar button is included in the email. An iCal calendar invite is also attached so you can add the session to your calendar.
Each slot has a fixed capacity. If a slot shows as full, contact your NCZ Customer Success Team to check whether additional capacity can be added or an alternative slot is available.

Reminder emails

NCZ sends a reminder email before your booked session to make sure you have the meeting link and session details to hand. If you do not receive a reminder, check your spam folder or contact your NCZ Customer Success Team.

After the webinar

After the session, NCZ may send a feedback form to all registered attendees. Completing the feedback form helps NCZ improve the quality of future sessions. The link in the feedback email is specific to the webinar you attended.
The portal does not currently store recordings or downloadable materials against individual webinars. If you need a recording or slide deck from a past session, contact your NCZ Customer Success Team directly.
